Elizabeth and Philip | Gaynes Park, Essex

Elizabeth and Philip married at Gaynes Park in Essex.

Elizabeth chose some lovely and pretty accessories.

The venue was very pretty with soft pink gerberas and chiffon bows decorating the chairs.

Guests gathered and enjoyed the gardens before the ceremony.

The bouquets were gorgeous.

Elizabeth’s dad walked her through the gardens to the orangery where the ceremony took place.

It’s not everyday that a wedding has such special guests as these donkeys, Jack and Del Boy!

More gorgeous details :)

The speeches are always entertaining and allow for some great expressions to be captured.

The band got the party started!

Congratulations to Elizabeth and Philip! If you leave a comment on this blog post we will let you know when the full set of photographs are ready.

Catherine & Jeremy | Crosthwaite Church and Punch Bowl Pub

Filed under Church of England, Weddings Tags: , , , , , , , , , , — • Written by Alison @ 9:29 pm

Cat and Jez married at the picturesque Crosthwaite Church in the Lake District and had a lovely relaxed reception at the Crosthwaite Punch Bowl pub.  Photos began with Catherine getting ready at the Punch Bowl.

This was the view out of Cat’s room, the “Noble” room at the Punch Bowl.

Here is Jez helping one his groomsmen with his cravat.

Meanwhile Cat is putting her gorgeous wedding gown on with the help of her bridesmaids.

A quick dose of Bach’s rescue remedy and it was time to leave!

It rained on and off during the day, but the weather didn’t make any difference to the celebrations.

Confetti!

Jez shares some memories with videos on his phone…

Catherine’s dad makes his final check of his speech.

Between courses we went outside with Jez and Cat for a 10 minute wander and portraits.

Then after the meal was finished it was time for Jez’s speech and his best-men’s speeches too.

The best men had prepared a fabulous spoof DVD for Jez and it was hilarious!

Jez is in a band, “The Forgeries” and they entertained the guests after dinner!

Congratulations to Cat and Jez! If you leave a comment on this blog post, we will let you know when the full set of photographs are available online in a couple of weeks time.

Sarah and Luke | Darton Church and Woolley Village

Sarah and Luke married at Darton Church on what started as a damp day.  It didn’t dampen everyone’s spirits and a wonderful day was enjoyed by all the guests.

Lydia and Jamie | Hallam Methodist Church, Sheffield and Hassop Hall, Derbyshire

Lydia and James got married on what could be the hottest day of the year!  With temperature reaching 30 degrees C it was a wonderful day for a wedding!

Lydia got ready at her family home with her family and bridesmaid at hand to help.

While Jamie got ready at his family home with his family and pair of best men.

They married at Hallam Methodist Church which is unusual for having no central aisle and wonderful windows which let in lots of light!

Lydia arrived in a wonderful vintage car.

Wonderful shoes!

Lydia as she gets into the car for the journey to Hassop Hall which is just outside of Sheffield in North East Derbyshire.

The gardens at Hassop Hall are the perfect spot for a summer wedding reception.

We found a shady spot for a few portraits with Jamie and Lydia.

The Ballroom at Hassop Hall looking splendid!

Jamie and Lydia get ready to receive their guests.

Announced into dinner.

Mark, Jamie’s brother and one of the two Best Men, checks out the bets for how long the speeches are going to take.

Lydia’s dad kicks off the speeches.

A romantic first dance in the ballroom.

Congratulations to Lydia and James!
