Tracy and Stephen | St Boniface Church and The Antelope, London

We were really excited to photograph Tracy and Stephen’s London wedding this weekend.  Stephen is the brother of a groom, Chris, we photographed back in 2004 and it was great to see Chris and his wife Sarah-Jane again after 5 years!

Our photography coverage started at 2:30pm at Tracy and Stephen’s home where Tracy was getting ready surrounded by her family.  Her nephew was supervising Tracy and her mum during the make-up stage!

Very cute little page boys!

Meanwhile, Stephen was in the pub with family and friends.

A short walk to the church!

Tracy looked stunning.

As is often the case during the last few minutes of getting ready, everything got a bit chaotic!  Tracy was very cool, calm and collected throughout!

Time to get to the church…

… collecting everyone together for the short walk around the corner to St Boniface church.

St Boniface’s Church is very beautiful inside.

The best man looks on as Stephen and Tracy exchange vows.

The happy couple as they set off down the aisle as man and wife for the first time.

This is little Timmy, the son of Sarah-Jane and Chris!  He really enjoyed being a part of the wedding day!

Stephen and Tracy walked to their reception at The Antelope.

Past the local Christmas tree.

Tracy had chosen the best looking and best smelling chocolate cake ever!

Speeches were good fun with Tracy’s Dad starting off the proceedings.

The best man provided great entertainment at Stephen’s expense.

Tracy wasn’t to be outdone though, and provided her own speech for the guests.

Finishing the formalities of the day with a dance together.

Congratulations to Tracy and Stephen!

Victoria & Mark | Malvern, Worcestershire

Last week we watched the news as the Severn river broke it’s banks at Malvern and flooded miles of farmland and homes. Thankfully this week was a very different week and the weather was much more suitable for a wedding. We were at St Wulstan’s Catholic Church in Little Malvern in the Malvern Hills to join the celebrations of Victoria and Mark.

Here is Victoria and her bridesmaid, Jules, being watched by Grandma during the preparations.

The priest was brilliant, very photo friendly, and so we have some great shots of the ceremony.

The flower girl was so pretty, here she is riding on the footplate of one of the vintage cars belonging to Victoria’s family. A great way to travel for sure!

What a great atmosphere there was as Victoria and Mark left for the reception.

Here are the happy couple. Victoria is wearing a stunning Jenny Packham ‘Tamsin’ dress, just beautiful.

The speeches were some of the most emotional I’ve heard for a long time, I certainly felt touched by them, there was hardly a dry eye in the marquee.

Mark and Victoria decided not to have a cake and went for a vodka luge instead! With Mark’s Australian connections, they chose to have a kangaroo ice sculpture. The vodka is poured in through the top of the sculpture and passes through a drilled hole. At the other end you can catch the chilled vodka in a glass or, if you’re brave enough, in your mouth. So instead of cutting the cake, Mark was the first to try the kangaroo vodka luge! It was definitely a crowd pleaser!

Mark and Victoria danced beautifully for their first dance.

As we left, the party was really rocking!

We spent the weekend in Merseyside and Lancashire. We had a lovely wedding in Parbold, Lancashire on Saturday and We spent the rest of the weekend with my family in north Merseyside.

Congratulations to Anna and Tom! They married at Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Church in Parbold and had a relaxed marquee reception. Anna got ready at her parents house, with the help of her 7 (!) bridesmaids! Not only were there 7 bridesmaids, but they were all stunning!

Two of Anna’s uncles are Priests and one of Tom’s uncles. All three of them conducted the ceremony together. It was a lovely ceremony with lots of lovely touches and it had a really personal feel. We had so many photographic opportunities too, wonderful to feel so welcome!
